Master plan for the Gwalior West Counter Magnet Area — one of five counter magnet areas planned by the NCR Planning Board to decongest the National Capital Region. The 30,000-hectare plan includes education, health, commerce, recreation, utilities and multimodal connectivity, along with tourism infrastructure.
