P M Ramesh
Ramesh is a proven strategic leader and an alumnus of IIM Bangalore (EGMP Batch-1), with a distinguished track record of building businesses across diverse industries and geographies. His unique transition from top-tier FMCG leadership to large-scale engineering and real estate entrepreneurship makes him an exceptionally agile, out-of-the-box thinker.
His early career includes progressive executive roles with leading multinational FMCG giants — Procter & Gamble, SmithKline Beecham, and Henkel in India — as well as managing Colgate-Palmolive brands internationally. A global professional, Ramesh has worked extensively across India, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, East Africa, and Afghanistan.
Transitioning into infrastructure and real estate, Ramesh served as Director & CEO of a prominent infrastructure advisory and project management startup, procuring and directing some of India's most prestigious engineering consultancy assignments across residential townships, ports, railway logistics and urban planning under PPP — with an aggregate investment value exceeding INR 15,000 Crores.
He also spearheaded a pioneering real estate startup in Kerala, delivering a landmark gated township exceeding 1 million sq ft. At Orquestraa, Ramesh leverages this powerful combination of institutional cross-border experience, infrastructure advisory credentials and hands-on execution to unlock maximum asset value for high-net-worth individuals, corporates and institutional landowners. He is a long-distance endurance runner and cyclist.

A civil engineer with more than 35 years of experience in techno-legal and contract administration, and former Director of Mir Projects & Consultants Pvt Ltd. He has led contracts management for Kerala's first integrated residential township, thermal power stations, textile and newsprint projects, dams, tunnels, bridges, ROBs and highway projects — including 17 years on project sites, 16 years heading the contract management division of Bhagheeratha Engineering Ltd, and further years advising port, bridge, highway, irrigation, hospital, tunnel and MEP projects.
REC Calicut (now NIT) graduate who joined the Indian Railway Service of Engineers via IES (1987) and served in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka, retiring as Deputy Chief Engineer. Since 1998, as founder MD of GKG Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd, he has delivered PMC on RVNL rail connectivity and doubling projects, Chennai Metro, MMLP Navi Mumbai for DFCC, RRTS Mumbai, the Sivok–Rangpo project for IRCON, and the Kerala semi high-speed rail corridor — totalling 30+ years in PMC and team leader roles.
B.Com (Hon), MBA, Ph.D. Sudip began his career as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Telecommunication and is a recipient of two prestigious Swadeshi National Awards — the AYUSH Kamal Ratna and AYUSH Kamal Bhushan — for excellence in international business development of Indian Traditional Medicine. A trade delegate for bilateral agreements on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH, he advises the Indian Chamber of Commerce, ASSOCHAM, the Federation of Indo-American Chambers of Northern California, and the Asian African Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and has mentored IIT Kanpur on entrepreneurship. He has represented India in more than 60 nations.
B.Tech in Civil Engineering with an M.Tech from IIT Madras, and former Chief Engineer in charge of Marmugao Port Trust. Prem brings 30+ years of leadership in very large construction, project planning, design and execution management — a hands-on leader with an extraordinary eye for detail. He is extensively trained in financial and economic appraisal, infrastructure finance (World Bank), Ports & Harbour Engineering in Japan, PPP, infrastructure regulation and reforms, environmental clearance re-engineering, and Strategic Port Management at IIM-A.
Electrical Engineering graduate from NIT with 40+ years of project management experience across electrical projects, energy efficiency, elevators & escalators, NPO management and energy/environment management systems. A Certified Independent Director (IICA), Certified Energy Auditor (BEE), Chartered Engineer, and IRCA-approved Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001. Former National General Secretary of SEEM, National Coordinator for Climate Reality Project India, and Special Advisor (Energy Projects) at KITCO Ltd. He has led ISO 50001 implementations and confidence audits across dairy, chemical, cement, steel, education and automotive clients in India and overseas.
Dr. Anil Joseph, Managing Director of Geostructurals (P) Ltd. and CECONS (P) Ltd., holds B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from NIT Surat, a PhD from NIT Calicut on “Precompression of Soft Marine Clays,” and another PhD from Open International University on “Prestressing and Hollow Shell Technology.” With 28 years of experience, he has provided consultancy for over 2000 major infrastructure projects in India and abroad, won multiple ICI‑UltraTech Awards, served on the Indian Geotechnical Society’s National Executive Committee, and represents India in international technical committees.
