Mixed-Use Commercial & Public Plaza — Kayamkulam

The MD of Ettuthariyil Finance approached us with plans for a corporate office on ~1 acre in Kayamkulam. Our preliminary assessment showed the location could not sustain a dedicated corporate office for 10–15 years and would become a dead investment. We undertook a detailed feasibility study and shaped a mixed-use public plaza — cash-positive from early stages, market-fit, and financeable. A demand assessment, conceptual layout and full financial model were delivered as a package presentable to banks, financial institutions and investors.
