International Cruise Terminal & Public Plaza — Kochi

Overview

In consortium with TranSystems (Virginia, USA), we prepared a site development plan and techno-commercial feasibility study for a 20-acre cruise terminal and public plaza — designed for both tourism and public waterfront activity. The study forecast cruise passenger markets in Kochi against vessel rotations across the Arabian Sea and west coast, and produced a conceptual layout, land use plan and full financial model with sensitivity analyses.
